On June 21, our school celebrated International Yoga Day with vibrant enthusiasm, spearheaded by Miss Iman Khan, our dedicated sports facilitator. She opened the day's assembly with an enlightening address on the significance of this global event, emphasizing yoga's role in enhancing physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. She detailed how yoga promotes flexibility, strength, and balance while reducing stress and improving concentration.
