Auxilium International School is administered by the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA), widely known as the Salesian Sisters of Don Bosco. Founded in 1872 in Italy by St. John Bosco and St. Mary Mazzarello, this global congregation now spans all five continents, committed to the holistic education and upliftment of the young. Guided by the enduring principles of its saintly founders, the school upholds a legacy of faith, service, and transformative education.

The Governing Body of the Salesian Sisters Society Wadala, oversees the institution with full authority as endowed by the Societies Registration Act and the Memorandum of Association.
